Questions people ask

What's the minimum order?

24 pieces per design. You can mix sizes and garment colors to get there. If one order has dark garments with light ink and light garments with dark ink, we have to change inks between them, and that adds a $15 charge.

How much does screen printing cost?

It depends on how many pieces you order and how many ink colors are in your design. More pieces and fewer colors both bring the price per piece down. Product pages show a "starting from" price, and a quote gets you the exact number.

What can you print on?

T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks, hi-vis work shirts and safety vests, and more. Browse T-shirts and hoodies & sweatshirts, or ask us about something you don't see.

What kind of art file should I send?

Send what you have: PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS or SVG. Vector files (PDF, EPS, SVG) print sharpest. We review every file and send a proof before we print. If your art needs to be cleaned up or redrawn, we tell you first. Art cleanup starts at $45, depending on how much work it needs.

Can you match my brand color?

Yes. Ask for Pantone color matching when a specific color matters, and we'll mix the ink to match.

Can I bring my own shirts?

No. We order all the garments we print, so pick one from our catalog or ask us for a suggestion.

How long does it take?

About two weeks after payment. Have a deadline? Ask before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Do you ship?

Yes. Most of our customers are in the Cleveland area and pick up at the shop by appointment, but we can ship your order too.
